Schedule

Dates: Friday and Saturday-October 10th and 11th 9:00 am to 4:30 pm. Drop off as early as 8:00 am pick up as late as 5pm.

Friday

• 8:00 am Early drop off
• 9:00 Introductions and Overview
• 9:30 Intro to Python Programming. We will install Python and create some simple games. We will introduce basic programming concepts.
• 11:30 Lunch-Bring your own lunch or purchase from the food court at AGame
• 12:00 Laser Tag
• 12:45 Introduction to Javascript
• 2:30 Creating music tracks with Soundation
• 3:30 Learning Lab Wrap Up
• 4:30-5:00 Student Pickup

Saturday

• 8:00 am Early drop off
• 9:00 Introductions and Review
• 9:30 Raspberry Pi Demo
• 10:00 Make your own website with weebly or blogger
• 11:30 Lunch-Bring your own lunch or purchase from the food court at AGame
• 12:00 Kick Ball
• 12:45 More Javascript and intro to HTML
• 2:30 More Game Programming with Python
• 3:30 Learning Lab Wrap Up
• 4:00 End of course celebration and prize giveaway!
• 4:30-5:00 Student Pickup
